Recycling, or is it up-cycling?

I found a jigsaw with some of it's pieces missing.  So I have up-cycled it into a card.

I've been Glassblowing and made myself a paperweight in my favourite colours.

Here's the card I made.  I used my Faber-Castell pencils to colour it, as I haven't used them in a long time.

I printed the digi three times, coloured with my Chameleon pens, and then fussy cut and layered the image.

Waste paper bin

I made this waste paper bin at my friends house.  It's her idea, not mine.  But it's my work.
The bin was made from an old tin, and magazine pages.
The pages are rolled around a knitting needle and then hot glued onto the tin.  The edging is made from plastic washing line pieces.

It's been so long since my last post.  I have been making lace in the meantime and that just takes up so much of my time.

I coloured the flowers with my Chameleon pens, using just two colours, and then decoupaged three layers. I mounted the result on burlap and added some Card Candi to the centre of the flowers.
